Overview
Consultants are expected to listen well and understand what is being communicated. Great communication skills are expected as a basic requirement of consultant so that they are able to do understand what is being said (and what is not), in order to implement a system that would address the true business problem.
Target Audience
This is aimed at Consultants of all levels, from graduates, to new hires from the end-user environment, to seasoned Consultants lookin for a refresher.
