The Masterclass Series

So you want to be an outstanding consultant? There are key principles you need to know. The five modules of the course below develop the skill set of a client-facing, problem-solving, solution-designing consultant.

All Masterclasses are delivered remotely.

1. Delivery Consulting Masterclass

5 week programme delivered on Saturdays – covering critical core skills necessary for any Salesforce Consultant, ranging from Active Listening, Questioning Skills, Process Mappings, Eliciting Requirements and more.

2. Consulting Project Management Masterclass

A Project Manager for a Salesforce Consulting Partner requires slightly different skillsets than one who works for an end customer. Topics include Project Governance, managing Risks and Issues, Client and Resource Management, Running Discoveries and Estimating, Scheduling and planning Projects.

This highly interactive course covers all the topics comprehensively, and will include practical exercises in group breakout rooms, which allows core lessons to be truly understood.

Each week, there will be a mix of video learning modules and 1 live call on Saturdays from 2-5pm GMT for skills practice, role plays and Q&A sessions. And some homework questions as well.
