Overview

Working in a High Performing Team can be incredibly buzzy, and very exciting. This modules looks at how group dynamics work, and how using feedback and coaching can work to encourage individuals to row.
Target Audience
This is aimed at Consultants of all levels, from graduates, to new hires from the end-user environment, to seasoned Consultants looking to learn about how to work in High Performing Teams.
