A partner has engaged me to put together a series of workshop sessions to help 60 consultants elevate their leadership and consulting skills.
In person! 😬
I’ve facilitated workshops for up to 180+ #consultants online on zoom which is much easier to manage as I could organise breakout rooms easily.
So for in person I am planning discussion on scenarios, for example:
Where the company has undersold a project and you’ve been asked to step in and takeover because the previous consultant left. What do you do?
