Do you know the difference between a Client-Side Project Manager and the Partner Side one?
I’ve come up with a few:
🍩 Salary
🍩 Perks & Benefits
🍩 Management project scope
🍩 Management of ‘environment’ (of people)
🍩 Communications
🍩 Project Finances & Budget
🍩 Quality Assurance (Testing)
I flesh it out in my newsletter coming out at the end of today. You can join over 1202 subscribers and get it – see how in the link below 👇🏻
What other ways are these two roles different?
Tell me in the comments!
Especially for those project managers who have been on both side of the fence!
As for myself – I don’t think I like managing the OpEx and CapEx side of the financial stuff on the end-user side.
… But equally – having to manage the financial reporting on revenue forecast and actuals on the partner side isn’t a big bucket of fun either 😬
