Formal review of my book Salesforce Consulting 101 is underway!
This book centres around Clem’s first year at Cloudacious, practicing self reflection using journaling to help her with her challenges as she grows into her role.
Each chapter chronicles a dilemma or challenge she has to navigate through, and this particular one below details a client-facing incident that exposes a gap in her knowledge.
The chapter postscript describes how to use the “Skills Development” worksheet in her Consulting Journal to put together a plan of action.
By the way – this Consulting Journal google sheet will be provided at no charge to the public, though I am in the process of designing a paper-based journal for those who prefer using pen and paper! 🖋️
