I’ve been reflecting on what makes some professional relationships truly special, and why I seem to attract amazing people to work with. 🤔
After years in project delivery and now as a coach and trainer, I believe it comes down to three powerful dynamics:
🍩AUGMENT: When 1+1 equals more than 2. Being with certain people makes you a better version of yourself, pushing you to grow while still feeling completely safe.
🍩ELEVATE: These relationships make you feel deeply valued – like the world is genuinely better because you’re in it. They lift you up rather than diminish you.
🍩ACCELERATE: The right people help propel you faster toward your goals, but always aligned with your core values.
Think #BiggerBetterFaster and Stronger” – but in the right direction!

I believe this applies beyond just work – it’s true for friendships, personal relationships, all human connections that matter. ❤️
If you’re in relationships that consistently make you feel smaller… maybe you should ask yourself: Is this what I want in the long term?
Like attracts like. 🧲
When you show up as someone who helps others shine brighter, you’ll find yourself surrounded by people who do the same for you. 🥰

But with healthy boundaries!
… and watch the magic compound.
Even when it feels really dark, remember there are people out there who want to see you soar.
You just need to find them.
