Not talked about enough: Cross-team collaborations during data migrations!! I love this:
🍩RACI – so we know who is doing what when and why
🍩Business Priorities & context – so why know why we are doing and how urgently we should be doing them
🍩Dev/Data: feasibility & performance – so we know what they can do (how feasible)
🍩QA: Targeted test scenarios – to make sure we test edge cases (Gen-AI can help with this so much)
