Successful Salesforce Projects 101. 💪🏻

Successful Salesforce Projects 101. 💪🏻

Here’s a sneak preview of my second book. 👀

😁 I had planned to write a different book (Salesforce Consulting 101) but this particular one decided to muscle in and demanded to be written!

Perhaps it’s because of the questions and discussions I’ve been having with #Salessforce customers and partners lately, and how they can set up projects for success – but from a customer point of view.

And so – get ready to follow the journey of Uungu, the project manager from DataNova, who sees through the end-to-end process of putting in a new system and the challenges and drama that accompanies such an endeavour.

Keeping in mind that this will be a 101 book for beginners (thus while I talk about quantifying the benefits in the business case and putting an RFP together – the book will not delve too much into the nitty gritty details), 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?

I’m still deciding on the title – perhaps Successful Salesforce Projects 101?

… though I don’t think it’s as punchy as Salesforce Discovery 101 😬

Any other suggestions?

I’m looking for beta readers when the first draft is ready (ETA 2nd week of Oct), so if you’re interested, please sign up in the comments below 👇🏻
