I talk/write about #ProjectDelivery, #ProjectManagement, #BusinessAnalysis, #Consulting, #CRM, #empathy, #kindness, #ActiveListening, #SuicidePrevention and #SuicideAwareness.
I’ve 30 years of project delivery experience from a software consulting point of view with #Microsoft and #Salesforce, and have done many roles during that time – system administrator (BOFH #IYKYK 😉), network adminstrator, SQL DBA, CRM functional consultant, business analyst, lead QA, project manager, programme manager, and delivery manager.
I have been a listening volunteer for a suicide crisis phoneline with #Samaritans for the last 16 years. ☎️
I discovered #Crossfit last year and it’s become my new obsession, though injuries are stopping me from progressing as well as I can. 🤸🏻
I found that I am creative after all (after years of not believing I have a single creative bone 🦴 in my body), and I doodle my experience and everything I see, so you’ll see a lot of my stick figures everywhere. 👩🏻🎨
By the way – I will be talking about “Critical Thinking and Consulting Mindset” tomorrow at 4pm GMT where I’ll be doing the whole session in doodles (some never-seen-before ones). ❤️
