Our ego always wants to know that
We are right.
We are smart.
We are more special than others.
And so, it is very tempting to surround ourselves with people like us.
People who won’t rock the boat.
Because we agree.
No conflict, no drama.
But so very stale.
#Leadership is about surrounding ourselves with diversity, people from different backgrounds who can bring in new ideas and fresh perspectives.
