A couple of highlights not in the deck (but watch the vid for full context) is:
🍩 the consulting/freelance world is not advisable if you’re new (or a fresher) with limited experience,
🍩but if you have no choice, then quickly skill up technically or get better at asking assertive questions
🍩if you’ve been handed a mess to pick up, then make sure you understand your role and remit of your responsibilities
🍩as a PM I do a mid-project kick-off to reset expectations once I’ve understood the situation and the SOW (i.e. our promises)
