You know what’s hard?
– Pushing a cart with square wheels.
– Trying to stay on your diet in Prague…
– Attempting to deliver that project when your organisation isn’t ready for change.

I had so many super interesting conversations at the recent CzechDreamin event about this very topic.

Organisations that aren’t ready will not be able to take the technical and business leadership role required to influence successful outcome.

One key aspect of this is psychological safety.

If the employee believes that their employer is transparent about what they are trying to achieve and their motives are pure, then they are unlikely to believe that they’ll be “shafted”.

So.
To deliver great projects…
