There are many different types of documents that describe specific areas of technical delivery on a project.
Depending on whatโs involved and the complexity of the project, these documents may include some aspects of the list below (these are not exhaustive):

As a Project Manager, depending on the scope of the project, I would expect the team Technical Architect to produce the necessary documents that would cover the requirements articulated in the SOW.
Technical documents should be clear, easily understood, with plenty of diagrams and illustration to go along with the text.
Most Consulting Partners will have their own templates, so itโs best to look at their past documents and base your documents from those examples.
