π€ Game-changer: Use annotated templates to train AI
Laura Brandenburg just shared her favorite AI prompt strategy (and it’s brilliant):
The method:
Take a template with annotations (the blue text explaining what goes in each section)
Upload it to ChatGPT, Copilot, or any AI tool
Prompt: “Use this template to give me a draft document for [context]”
Add: “Please include questions I should be thinking about”
Why it works: Those annotations are like training instructionsβthey teach the AI (or people) what belongs in each section.
Result? You get a solid first draft instead of staring at a blank page.
π‘ Before AI, these annotated templates trained people. Now they train AI agents to give you exactly what you need.
Pro tip: The more context you provide in your prompt, the better the output.
Are you using templates to train AI yet? Or is this approach new to you?
