🍩Strategic Alignment – Define and Lead Metrics End-To-End

Our work isn’t just about “did that call script work?”

It’s about: Did the customer get done what they needed to get done in the easiest manner possible? Or did they have to call back? Did they have to go online and do something else?

We need to look end to end – not just at the isolated piece we’re working on. We have to come up for air and look at the bigger picture.

🍩End-To-End Process (High-level to the detailed levels)

That means inside Salesforce, outside Salesforce, and everything it connects to. From the high level strategic view down to the tiniest little step-by-step interaction. Probabilistic, deterministic – is it working?

All of that is going to be in our roles in the future.

🍩Value Mindset – Not Task-Driven. Angela’s framework for leveling up includes:

📊 Data Savvy – Evidence Based – We need to work with data, not assumptions

🎯 User Experience Focus – Did the user get done what they needed? Or did they keep calling back? Was it efficient?

📈 Results/Metrics Oriented – Strategy Alignment – Leaders notice when you connect every piece of detailed work to the strategy. The more we can connect the dots, the better.

⚖️ Ethics/Bias/Drift Management – When we have probabilistic AI inside a business process, if it drifts, that tiny mistake can cascade into bigger and bigger problems. One piece feeds into a deterministic process, maybe another probabilistic process – and suddenly a small drift becomes a massive issue.
