As a #Salesforce consultant

As a #Salesforce consultant, do you need to know what’s in the Statement of Work (SOW)? 🤔
{Hint: there’s only one right answer}.

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹. 🤺
Teams that are absolutely clear on their mission, and their role in making it happen are practically unstoppable.
This clarity allows them to feel in absolute control of their work and their agency in creating success.

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿. 🚀
Leaders who understand this are able to harness the invisible super power that propels high-functioning teams towards end goals.

Those who are transparent and clear in their intention and communication show integrity.
Their Thoughts, Words and Actions are all aligned, which is very powerful in generating fierce loyalty among those they lead.

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. 💜
Ambiguity and confusion is unkind.
Some leaders prefer to shroud themselves in the mystique of greatness.
🙄 I’ve known some in my lifetime.

People who are unclear of the situation and what’s expected of them tend to feel anxious, unsafe and fearful.

As a #ProjectManager, I never ever want any of my team to feel that way.

Consulting peeps: Have you ever been on a project where you have no idea why you’re there or what you’re meant to do?? 😰
