Sometimes, the #Salesforce TA or CTA has been placed on a pedestal, so much so that you’ve got a project that is based on this one ‘rock star’.
The team is what’s important.
– Business Analysts
– Functional Consultants
– Developers
– Project Manager (that’s me!) 😁
– QA
– Also the TA (for the larger projects)
It’s the TEAM that brings home successful projects.
Everyone should learn the art of asking questions, and those with a #BusinessAnalysis knack would be able to get down to the ‘why’ of the requirements quicker.
Which means that we’d be building a solution to solve the right business problem.
