Google spent millions

Google spent millions to try and figure out what made High Performing Teams (HPT) so that they could replicate it.

Over 2 years, they
– interviewed over 180 active Google teams
– looked at over 250 traits
– conducted more than 200 interviews

They found that the most important one of all is Psychological safety.

Leadership is all about creating safe spaces for people to be vulnerable, to be their best.
