Kevin Jackson asked me to write out the Vision and Values of a #V2MOM for this project I was discussing with him, and it made me think.
I don’t have one for myself. 😐
I left the consulting world to start my training and coaching business in 2021, but though I knew what I wanted to do, I never really sat down to think about how to articulate my vision.
My goal is to help people be better at delivering Salesforce projects through being better humans, through my doodles, my writings and my video posts.
But how do I say that succinctly?
Here’s what I came up with:

Very corporate-y and word salad-y.
I need a better one.

I want people who follow me, who feel that my writing resonates, to help me craft this.
I need the words, the language, and the verbiage to help crystalize my vision and mission so that I can do more of it, better.
