It has really felt like a proper project “Go Live”

It has really felt like a proper project “Go Live”.

The last week has been a flurry of last minute “deployment” activities
– learning how to use funnels, pipelines, offer and checkout pages on kajabi (the platform hosting my stuff)
– checking video posts, subtitles and audio/transcript downloads worked on pc and mobile devices
– queueing up videos to upload
– intense email marketing campaign (am surprised my newsletter subscribers have stayed with me) 😬
– composing series of LinkedIn posts
– editing, subtitling and posting video testimonials
– trying to get my book published in paperback (still in progress)
– planning topics for This Thing Every Other Friday… my micro workshops

… And a lot more.

Phew!
Sleep and exercise were sacrificed, so now I have to fix that.

Just like #Salesforce projects, heading up to “Go Live” can be insanely exciting, stimulating and incredibly stressful all at once.

Intoxicating! 🤩

The thing is, when you’re working with a #ConsultingPartner, this becomes a way of life.

There will always be the next project.
And your client will impress upon you that it’s life or death to go live on schedule. ☠️

However, once that’s done, there’ll be another one round the corner.

If you allow yourself to over-extend, sacrificing your wellbeing over and over again, you will be the one who will suffer in the long run.

So, boundaries.
Self care.
And mindfulness.

Make these an indispensable part of your toolkit as a #SalesforceConsultant.

Ignore and neglect them at your peril.

Luckily I will have a breather until next April, when the membership registration window opens again.
For now, I’m so excited to get a great bunch of people signed up as Founding Members of Zenhao Academy. 😍

Special thank you to Anita Smith, CHIA along with so many Talent Stacker peeps, as well as Zenhao alumn who has helped raise visibility for my launch. I couldn’t have done it without you!

So after the crazy “Go live” activities of last week, I now move into Business As Usual stage (BAU).

That means providing value to those I’m serving.
That means helping them achieve their goals of becoming outstanding SaConJas (Salesforce Consulting ninJas). 🥷

In the meantime though, I need to catch some zzzs 😴 so I can go for a quick jog before school run tomorrow. 🏃🏻‍♀️
