One year ago, I published my first book: Salesforce Discovery 101.

It’s opened up so many things for me.

Lively discussions.
New opportunities.
New friends.

When I set myself a challenge to publish a book in 45 days last summer (I took 91 days in the end!) I couldn’t imagine how it would change my life, and many of my readers.

So many new and aspiring hashtag#SalesforceConsultants reached out to me to say that this has helped them get started with more confidence. 😍

hashtag#SalesforcePartners got me to run my Discovery Masterclass for their whole delivery team. 🥰

Slowly, slowly, I am making a difference in changing the culture.

Into a culture where we do work that we are proud of.
For people who care.

Into a culture where we look after each other.
And where collaboration is usually better than competition.

Into a culture where we focus on things that really matter. 🌹
Like Kindness.
Like Integrity.
Like Excellence.

Instead of Utilisation, KPI and the Bottom Line. 🙅🏻‍♀️

I didn’t hit some of the Big Hairy Audacious Goals I set earlier in the year, but looking at my DMs – I’d say that I’ve made an impact to people’s lives. ❤

And that makes it all worthwhile.

/end inspirational feelgood end of year review.

Ok enough of this fluffy wuffy stuff.
Go buy my book now 😁
For yourself.
For that friend who wants to be a consultant.
For the new consultant who’s worried about messing things up.

Aaaand…For me.
(To pay for my very expensive Mt Kili trek* we are going on next week!)

* to be honest, all my royalties to date would only pay for my mid-tier walking boots 🥾 that will be doing maybe half a million steps over the 8-day hiking trip! 😵
