Quick poll, as I’m planning my next Masterclass sessions. If you wanted to learn all the skills required to become an outstanding #Salesforce Consultant, would you:

(A) attend an intensive and immersive series of 13 LIVE calls during working hours on weekdays (3 hours), and spread over 5 weeks OR

(B) prefer a blended model, with a mix of elearning videos, and 7 live calls on SATURDAYS for Q&A, group exercises, role plays and skills practice over the same 5 week period?

I would prefer not to work weekends, but Conni Stock and a few others have mentioned that quite a few aspiring Salesforce peeps might prefer this timing.

Companies should allow employees to take time to do training and also pay for it, but I recognise that only #ConsultingPartners may do so for something like my Consulting Delivery Masterclass. This means that office hours are preferred, as it’s generally been been planned and budgeted for.

For individuals who are perhaps working at end customers as a solo #AwesomeAdmin looking to move into a consulting position, weekends may be better.

*Evening are off limits for me as I have little ninjas to deal with. Actually they are becoming hulking teeninjas now! 😆
