So for example, it’s to Increase Qualified Opportunity (the need) where there are many posisble solutions (the means).
How many people in the ecosystem focus on the possible solution as opposed to the actual Needs?? This isn’t so crazy – especially since Salesforce is such a fun and sexy tool.
That’s the trap though – it is so easy to focus on the how rather than the Why and the What Are We Here to Achieve questions.
