Production was flawless, execution – outstanding. ❤
Go-live went live well. It was a smooth implementation.
What we see, as observers, as the audience – is the output or the the external face of the production. 🎭
What we don’t see, is the crazy messy work of dealing with unexpected-things-that-didn’t-go-as-expected and the insane level of creative out-of-the-box thinking that is needed to address them.
But I got to see it.

As a speaker for the Pakistan Dreamin’ I was invited into the slack workgroup for speakers and organisers.
That’s where I got a small glimpse of the incredible work that went on behind the scenes to pull off such an outstanding event.
I’m sure that there were more than a few things that didn’t go quite right.
Perhaps a few sleep-deprivation induced miss-steps.
Regardless, the team was outstanding and produced an incredibly amazing event.
Shout out to Hamza Siddiqui, Quratulain Tariq and team for delivering the Swan of #Salesforce community events that is Pakistan Dreamin’ 2022.
As a speaker, I just rocked up and did my thang.
But I wouldn’t have been able to do my thang without this bunch of awesome people.❤
