The #Salesforce Consulting Partner who has Delivery experience or capability in the Sales process sets up the project for success.

As a PM, I’ve been involved in bid processes where I help to
– develop the relationship with the client
– create the trust that we will deliver quality project
– ensure our proposal is grounded less on crazy blue sky* and more on reality

*Some Accounts Executive sprinkle a lot of ‘Creativity’ when presenting the Art of the Possible. 🙄
My job is to make sure they don’t get too creative.

Having an internal bid review is good practice for #SalesforcePartners to ensure that deals signed are properly vetted.
