The weeks preceding Go-Live are always so nerve wracking.
– Deployment checks
– Test scripts
– Dress rehearsals
– Data migration tests
– Functional Tests
etc etc
I usually have a great team who gets the job done while I do the orchestration (what I mean is bossing people around but making sure they’re well supplied with ‘🍩 and 🍕) 😁
This time I’m the one doing most of the work, learning about mailing campaigns, pipelines, funnels, landing pages, video editing, social media marketing and so on.
My support team consists of these two lovely ladies:
The amazing Louisa Ellins, the copywriter whose magical way with words made my website come alive! She comes highly recommended by Zel Mason (thank you! 😘)
And the indispensible Bee Sim Kho, who edited hours and hours of videos for my site, and meticulously subtitled each clips so that every message flows and makes sense.
There’s so much not perfect yet, but I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be. It is a living thing that will continue to evolve and get better and better. I know that if I waited for it to be perfect, I would never go live.
And so, I bit the bullet, picked a date and did it! 🥳🎉
