It took me awhile, but I wanted to make sure that I incorporate ‘old school’ ways of business analysis, rooted in active listening, critical thinking, asking good questions and visual thinking when illustrating business processes so that we can truly understand the client’s needs (through verbal and non-verbal signals). 🕺🏻
The AI component comes after that – so that we know when it produces mediocre outcome, makes assumptions or incorporate bias, or worst still – hallucinates. 🙅🏻♀️
I want to make sure that we use AI to elevate our thinking skills, to really deliver value to the client.
