This scenario is far too common, and it leaves wreckage behind in terms of burnt out consultants who suffer from mental health issues.
I felt I needed to do something about it, so I took time out and developed training content, specifically aimed at equipping #CRM Consultants with the critical ‘soft’ human skills of emotional intelligence, and empathy centred leadership.
And so, Zenhao Academy was born.
I wanted to create an environment where people would be continuously learning from each other, through discussions and role play, on topics that are important but oftentimes overlooked.
Members get together every fortnight for This Thing Every Other Friday, where we connect and we learn in a safe environment where nothing is out of bounds.
