I had the opportunity to spend some time with quite a few hashtag#Salesforce Technical & Solution Architects when I was in Paris for French Touch Dreamin’ recently, and it was really insightful.
The hashtag#JourneyToCTA is not an easy one, and it takes dedication, hard work and enormous amount of persistence.
Discipline and mental toughness is the order of the day, calling for the part of Emotional Intelligence that is centred on the ‘Self’.

🍩 Self Management
🍩 Self Motivation
One of my observations, through discussions with Frédérique Mounier and Doria Hamelryk was how comfortable they are in their skins.
They know who they are.
They know what they want.
And they know what they need to do to get it.
They care deeply about excelling in their craft and about helping the community around them.
This amazing mix of intellect and human-ness makes for an extraordinary breed of people.
We need more folks like them.
To solve wicked problems.
And to make a difference in the world.
