As y’all know I’m passionate about project delivery excellence and if anyone makes the mistake of sitting next to me to ask this question – you can bet I’ll talk non-stop!! 🙈
And so, I am grateful for an opportunity to talk about how the REALLY GOOD partners do it. Of course everyone knows the basic building block of running a Discovery:
– Structure Discovery as a paid piece of work (wherever possible)
– Assemble a capable team
– Plan & Prepare workshops
– Ask questions and listen carefully
– Write strong requirements
But how do you TRULY master this art?
How can you level up and really set up your project implementation for a roaring success??
