I am still trying to get the hang of my new outfit.
It was a lot easier when I was employed; so much was already taken cared of for me.
Now it’s also as easy to drop some balls as I move into the world of entrepreneurship.
The thing is, I am so intent on my mission of helping people deliver quality software systems that I forget there are other aspects of running a business.
Like the fact that I should have started letting people know that the next Zenhao Academy membership will open next week for 5 days from 25-29 April.
I launched this last November and with the help of my amazing Founding Members (you know who you are 😘) I’ve been shaping it into something special.
I’ve built this for people who
– care deeply about doing good work
– are willing to do the work, and learn how they can step up and show up for themselves and others
– want to learn about how to connect to another human being
It’s also for those who want to deliver quality #Salesforce projects, but that’s a side effect of all the above.
I’m determined to help make the world a better place, one sexy project at a time.
One way I do that is This Thing Every Other Friday… a workshop I run every two weeks for my members on a Friday.
This is where we do skills practice, scenario role play, group exercises and variety of activities to collectively learn and embed key topics around leadership, communication that help us in the software delivery world and our personal lives as well.
There’s also a library of bite-sized videos on the human (soft) skills of consulting and software delivery topics.

I’m not great at self promotion, and my email automation and campaign lacks the polish of the projects I normally manage.
