“OMG Can you BE any slower?!”*

“OMG Can you BE any slower?!”*
“Are you trying to be passive aggressive?!”

No, I wasn’t having an argument.
Actually, what I was doing was shaking my fist at our proximity gate that was taking far too long to open. 😳

Sometimes, when my ‘human condition’ is low, i.e. I’m not at my best and resourceful self, especially when I haven’t slept well, ninja squabbling has escalated, or I’ve had bad news – I tend to find conflict wherever I go.

When all is right in my world, I have a completely different mindset!

“Thank you Mr Gate, for slowing me down and letting me sniff the hayfever-inducing flora and fauna for which the garden loving Brits are famous for! Achew!” 🤧

… I might even say it without any hint of sarcasm! 😲

Confict is everywhere in our lives and in the world we live in.
There are some that can be managed or avoided completely, and there are many that cannot.

Successfully managing conflict is the cornerstone of managing peaceful professional and personal relationships.

Tomorrow, in my last no-charge #PeiItForward – we’ll dip our toe into what conflict actually means – in general, as well as when delivering software projects such as #Salesforce. (Sign-up deets below 👇🏻)

As for me, I need to be aware that when I feel like a conflict magnet, I am probably sleep deprived with a nose full of pollen 🤧

Remedy Options:
– Tranquilize the ninjas so I can get my 8 hrs of beauty winks
– tape my nostrils shut until Autumn 🐽
– pick up WoW again and start killing and grinding

…NOT throwing diaper bags at the slow-moving proximity gate. 😳
Yeah, err, that was embarrassing.

Are you a zen person, or does conflict seem to find you wherever you go? Share your stories!
