I make these #DonutBraceletsOfHope

I make these #DonutBraceletsOfHope when I’m on my shift.

Every shift, as I’m listening to my callers who are sharing their struggles, their darkest thoughts and feelings, I am making these bracelets that spell the word HOPE in morse code.

I initially made one for a friend who suffers from crippling panic attacks, who felt that the ryhtmic gentle snapping of the tactile bracelet on her wrist helped to calm her down.

She also said that counting the metal beads and spelling out HOPE with her fingers also made a big difference in settling her frenzied emotions.

And so, I started making more and more, and giving them away at conferences.

If you’re at dreamOlé tomorrow, and you’d like one – come and see me. 🤗

It would be even more amazing if you are in a good place and you’d like to give the Gift of hope by sending a donation (any amount) to help keep my branch open for our callers.

Your action can directly help to save lives.
That is an absolute fact. 💚

ps: you can just donate (link in comments) if you’re not going to be at dreamOle. Just remind me next time I see you (perhaps at a London user group event or other conference) and I’ll bring you one! 🌹
