The success of your #Salesforce or #CRM

The success of your #Salesforce or #CRM, or any other project hinges quite a lot on the team.

With the wrong people on your team, you have almost NO chance of delivering a successful project.

The right people can potentially carry the project to go-live, DESPITE
– poor project management
– poor governance
– poor everything else.

I’ve seen it happen.
Especially when I meet an unusually sub-par Project Manager.
🙄

I’m like – “How did you even pass the interview?”

But there you go.
Same goes for #SalesforcePartners and #Microsoft Partners.

I know quite a few software vendors who seem to still be in business, despite poor leadership and management, seemingly able to hobble along on the goodwill of their burnt out, incredibly competent people.

Imagine how far they could have gone if they sorted the internal state of their ‘house’.

In this business, where our strength is the people and the magic we make when we work together – chasing after the £££ is the wrong choice.

We are halfway through my Consulting Project Management Masterclass, but it isn’t too late to register AND raise some money to go towards a good cause. That’s because you’ll have access to previous videos until the end of April (I had said 30 days, but I’m feeling super generous) 😁 Details in the comments below.

Today we are covering Resource Management – which is so important in the consulting industry.

And anyway, in all movies, the head honcho of the crack elite team is always the #ProjectManager 😎
I feel like I now need a gun to emphasise my awesome coolness!
😆

It would be great to see more people in the sessions – we’ve raised more than £2100!
Hope to see you there!
