How often do you introspect and think about your feelings?

I don’t mean dwelling on emotions, but applying an intellectual curiosity to them?

A mark of a professional consultant is how calm they are when smelly things fly around the room 💩 or when a client is being vocal and unprofessional in the way they are behaving.

The ability to manage emotions is one of the pillars of #EmotionalIntelligence, a topic that we have been digging deeply in the Salesforce Consulting Leadership Programme.

It is incredily important to identify your emotions in particular – when you are feeling lonely as it often leads to isolation.

And this can sometimes lead to people feeling that they are worthless, or that the world would be better off without them.

Make connections wherever you can.
Human relationships are the most precious thing in the world. 🌹
