This topic had been percolating in my mind since I first saw Susannah Kate Plaisted talk about the Well-Architected Solutions framework at the Boston Architect user group last November.
Since then, I felt really strongly that I had to shine a light on the #EmotionalIntelligence perspective on delivering projects.
The human element is rarely discussed, even though it is the crucial factor in determining whether a project will succeed or fail.
I illustrated the article with my usual doodles so I wasn’t entirely sure if the tone was serious enough 🤭… But am pretty happy I took the chance!
Anyway I am just doing a happy jig this Tuesday morning and I wanted to share my news! 💃
