Rooj looked around the room. She was attending an ‘Internal kick-off’ meeting organised by Vi, the Project Manager.

In attendance were:
– Moss, the Account Exec (or AE), also known as the Salesperson-who-landed-the-deal
– Grei, the lead Business Analyst
– Vi, the Project Manager, and
– Rooj, Graduate, also known as Analyst Consultant

Vi flicks her purple locks over her shoulders.

“Thank you for making yourself available for this meeting, Moss. Ko Ko, our Technical Architect is just finishing off his project and will be available when we officially kick off the project with BikeCo. I’m recording this meeting so she can review it later.”

“Ok Moss,I want to hear everything about this deal…. Don’t leave out ANYTHING, you hear?”  🤨

Internal Project Kick-Offs are SO important.
Sometimes we get a heads-up on particular issues that could potentially erupt if we didn’t keep an eye on it.
