She’s fully competent in her area and can be trusted to carry out workshops, run meetings, and interfact with clients confidently.
She’s the one that all Project Managers want on their team, because she just gets sh!t done.
She can also mentor, coach and guide the Grasshoper to take on good habits and best practice.
