These two opportunities came across my path not too long ago, and I was really tempted.

Really really tempted.

I prepped for the interviews and case studies, and put together a 30, 60, 90 day plan to build the team, drive up utilisation and Do More Great Projects.

The roles were offered to me, but I declined… because ultimately, I felt more compelled to work on my own business – Zenhao Academy, because I really believed in it.
