Martin Humpolec and Christopher Ramm talking about “How would you do XYZ” to do a Q&A for architecture session.
Hope we get lots of questions as they don’t appear to have any content prepared 😒 Daniel Stange you didn’t say I could do the same
Example questions so far
🍩 What’s the recipe for getting organisations to commit to release every day, or every hour?
Christopher goes back to design thinking – who’s it for and what’s it for? Would the business users find value in this?
Martin talks about simplifying it to reduce friction. And increase adoption for continuous deployment.
🍩How would you import 20 million records into an instance and how would you demonstrate performance and scalability? Without budget! 😱
Martin correctly points out issue around dirty data, but talend could be use to import. Using apex could work but could take awhile. Back to the iron triangle and the relationship between budget, time and resource. Not movable without impacting quality.
🍩How do you handle custom code if no documentation or have any coding experience?
Christopher suggest using LLM to figure out what the code is doing but be aware of data privacy and exposing code… 😬
And discussed the following question: is a good flow a no-flow?! 😱
Other topics include meta data, CI/CD, sharing rules, code, apex, implicit sharing, user adoption failure, invokable flows..too many to name.
This is a demonstration of mastery over your domain. To open yourself up to any question so that you can answer.
Not scripted.
Just good knowledge. 💪🏻
In a parallel universe I would totally be on the #JourneyToCTA
This was fascinating! 😍
Totally worth coming to this random no-prepared-content session at Wir sind Ohana #WSO24
