It’s all about being intentional, and starting with the right note.
I’ve seen projects meandering without any real point, propelled by unconscious motion of involuntary organisational ‘muscle spasms’ (I know that sounds unkind – but I can’t think of a better description!)
Those projects that succeed have project leaders that begin and operate with intention.
