Coach Simon was correcting my form for my power cleans but it was hard to hear.
I’ve had a long standing painful golfer’s elbow which hinders my movement (despite loads of physio and stuff) which have been getting me down 😔 …and I didn’t realised that I was beating myself up when I don’t meet my own standards.
Yesterday I talked about the power of community and belonging on the Road to West Africa Dreamin and finding your people to lift you up but I didn’t mention how we coach and talk to ourselves also matter as well. 🫤
Luckily I have my #crossfit community to remind me to #BeKind to myself when I forget!

8 minutes to do 50 power cleans at 50% bodyweight (so it was 30kg weight including bar for me) and then as many burpees as possible in the remaining time.
