But actually she wanted to talk about Radical Candor® a leadership book by Kim Scott, which talks about how to thoughtfully lead an organisation with care. Definitely on my to-read book list!
As I’ve pivoted into an entrepreneural role from a delivery one, running my own business – I have changed how I consume knowledge due to time constraints, I am mostly a podcast girl now. 😁
However the most recent book I read was Digital Body Language by Erica Dhawan, which is an important aspect of communication, especially in the non-verbal (as well as the written word) way of the remote work world.

And I can’t remember a good movie I’ve watched this year … ever since Marvel Endgame and LOTR finished, my ‘movie’ life has been a little woeful 😢
