So I’ve been talking about the ADC (Agent Deployment Consultant) Foundation course that I’ve been building with Piyusha Pilania right?
A comprehensive course in creating business case, calculating ROI, getting support and funding for a pilot, finding use cases, eliciting requirements and evaluating fit before implementing a full #Agentforce delivery.
We’ve been working on it for a few months now, course structure, slides, video scripts, workbooks, etc… and I hear that Piyusha’s been getting request to create a SLACK course!
During our twice-weekly touch point yesterday, I realised that the softer consulting/business analysis and project delivery skills part of the course should be more modular so that it can be paired with the Slack course that she will be building as well.
Siiiigh.
Re-work. 😣
