The speakers WhatsApp group was buzzing, people felt heard.
Why we were really here?
Fear of failure, or desire for success?
Both lead you to the same seat, but they feel very different on Monday morning when you’re back at your desk trying to figure it out alone.
She reminds us that change has been constant.
E.g. AI has been 70 years in the making.
Every generation of this ecosystem – developers, architects, admins, marketers – have had to learn, adapt, and show up through it all.
We’ve done it before.
We just keep forgetting that we have.
And we let things overwhelm us. 😕
Her homework for us:
🍩 Try something publicly and post about it
🍩 Ask the dumb question (the one you’re afraid to ask)
🍩 Teach what you just learned
🍩 Celebrate wins AND support failures
Because one person’s breakthrough becomes everyone’s shortcut.
That only happens in community. 💪🏻
Community will outlive all the crazy things outside.
It’s where our strength lies.
