– Sales Cloud
– Marketing Cloud
– Service Cloud
– Experience Cloud
– Revenue Cloud
etc etc etc
It’s what customers pay a lot for.
Your expertise in a particular area.
Your domain of excellence.
How do you acquire it?
Blood, sweat and tears – that’s what.
Just good ole hard work, persistence, and a love of technology.
Luckily, with #Salesforce, this last bit is easy, because Trailhead and the community makes this an incredibly fun place to be.
