I thought I’d write something to balance my post yesterday.
I don’t believe that the #SalesforcePartners out there are intentionally mean to their people.
Why would they intentionally create misery and unhappiness?
The word there is: Intentional.
The business model and the way consulting partners operate in the ecosystem does not lend itself to a human-centred approach… not when our blood, sweat and tears are traded for 💰💰💰
What we need more is #IntentionalLeadership.
People who run companies and are the stewards of the human lives who have chosen to get on this ship, need to do better.
Look hard at
– your compensation structure
– your commercial model
– your utilisation targets
– your learning and development programme
– your support structure within the workforce
Find a way to look after those human souls.
Success will come when you nurture, guide and develop them in the same way you would a newborn child.
It would be the right kind of success.
The kind of success everyone would be proud to say they had a part in.
However, many companies start off with a story like Nia’s.
Be different.
Be intentional.
