Tina: The realisation that it’s not just strong technical skills, understand their pain point and translate that to Salesforce solutions.
Marlene: I’ve already been doing all of these things even if I didn’t have the title. It’s the answer to “What do I want to be when I grow up” when the answer is “Hey I’m already doing it!”
