The doodle explains why being Conscientious is something that is key character trait in someone I admire.
I love working with people like that, because I know how deeply they care about the quality of their work, and it permeates everything they do and how they do it.
This particular trait tells me that they
– think deeply about things
– can see the big picture
– can also appreciate the details
– want to do the right things the right way
– are conscious about implications, especially unintended consequences of certain options
– plan the work meticulously
– review to ensure quality standards are met
– don’t waste time re-working things
Obviously as a #Salesforce or #CRM consultant, where our projects may be constrained by budget, time and resources – one of the challenges such people face is around prioritisation and letting go of the need to be perfect.
Not easy, but I prefer to work with these type of people than those who thinks that sub-standard work is acceptable.
I talked about this in my previous newsletter, if you want to avoid FOMO (which in this case – you really would MO 😆) get your butt over to the link 👇🏻 and sign up!
I love working on interesting problems with interesting people.
If you have an interesting problem that you’d like featured on a future Micro Workshop, feel free to submit on the link below as well.
I love staying in the yellow pie segment too! 🥧
